Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Greedy Gordons Loyalty App’ which is available online and to download for iPhone and Android and for use exclusively at GG Express Farmshop (Woodford). In these terms, “Greedy Gordons”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to The Greedy Gordons Group, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the customer. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. By downloading The Greedy Gordons App, hereafter referred to as our “Loyalty App”, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Your Account
In order to use the Loyalty App (and earn points) you will be required to register for an account. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have a resident UK address. Full details about how we collect, use, maintain and disclose ‘personal data’ can be found in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date, particularly changes of address or email address, through the Loyalty App.
You may terminate your account at any time, in which case, all points will be lost. Any points are non-transferable. To terminate your account, you should contact us directly. Deleting the Loyalty App will not automatically delete your account and therefore your account will remain active until such time that you delete your account (or we terminate your account in accordance with these terms and conditions – please refer to the ‘Disclaimers’ section).
Only one membership per person is permitted at any time. Loyalty App accounts cannot be merged or transferred. The Loyalty App cannot be used to create corporate or business accounts or for any corporate/business purchases through a personal Loyalty App account.
Points can be earned on selected purchases made through the tills across participating Greedy Gordons venues.
To collect points you must present your Loyalty App at the till at the time of purchase. In the event that the Loyalty App fails at the point of purchase, we may offer, at our sole discretion, to credit your account with earned points at a later date, subject to proof of purchase, using a validated till receipt, within 30 days of the date of purchase. You cannot claim points on purchases made before you created your account.
Points are awarded at a rate of 50 points for every £1.00 spent on qualifying purchases. 10 points have a redemption value of 1p which can only be redeemed on future purchases. We reserve the right to alter this rate at our discretion, including the right to offer bonus points on certain products and/or qualifying purchases, together with the right to terminate any point offers, without notice. Accrued points are personal to you, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of a dispute over points earned, we have up to 14 days to investigate and the outcome(s) of our investigations are final.
Points will expire if not used after 6 months. We reserve the right to make changes to the points scheme at any time. The loyalty scheme software is provided by a third party of which we have limited control.
Points are not available for private parties/ events.
We reserve the right to refuse an account application and/or terminate your account at our sole discretion. If we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms and conditions, or reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or misconduct in respect of use of the Loyalty App, your account may be suspended and/or terminated without prior notice. We also reserve the right to close your account if you have not used your Loyalty App for a period of 6 months or more.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel rewards and/or points (including the value, redemption and issue of such) at any time. This may apply in the event of any human or software error which results in the award of points or vouchers to which you are not entitled under these conditions or that are issued in error.
We may make changes to the Loyalty App at any time and reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without advance notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to our website. This includes the termination of the Loyalty App in its entirety.
Our Loyalty App may contain links to other websites, and we have neither power nor control over any such website. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable in any way for the content of such linked website nor for any loss or damage arising from your use of any such website.
All obligations to customers and account holders in respect of the Loyalty App are contained in these terms and nowhere else. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us through our internal complaint procedure.
